Ani’s passion for staging was cultivated through her love of architecture, design and well-honed buying skills. Her signature aesthetic is often recognized as having a neutral palette, splashes of warm color and simplicity. With a focus on each property’s needs, Ani is also able to tailor each project with high-end pieces and accessories that will evoke a sense of connection and inspiration for potential buyers.
With a Marketing degree from California State University, Northridge, her natural eye for visualizing the potential of a home, coupled with an understanding of the space, from a marketing perspective, is key to delivering maximum value. Moreover, her professional and empathetic nature is invaluable in the process of selling a home.
Ani has completed many design courses offered through various institutions, and is constantly striving to upgrade her knowledge of the industry. She is also a member of RESA – Real Estate Staging Association committed to advancing professionalism and excellence in the home staging industry.
